## Before you call

- **Do you work outside Ontario?** — Yes. About half of our clients are elsewhere in Canada and the northern US. We are on site for the diagnostic and key workshops.
- **How big are your clients?** — Usually 150 to 2,000 people. Big enough to have real complexity, small enough that change is quick.
- **Will you replace our systems?** — Rarely. Most gains come from how work moves, not from new software. If a tool is the bottleneck, we say so.
